Hippophae Face Oil
An all natural face oil made with sea buckthorn, the berry Alexander the Great named after his warhorses 2,300 years ago.
With an ancient scent that brings back Mediterranean nostalgia, the oil hydrates and nourishes the skin, leaving it with a natural, non-greasy glow.
The Story
In 330 BC, Alexander the Great noticed his warhorses eating bright orange berries off thorny bushes during his march across Asia. The horses that ate them recovered faster, ran harder, and their coats started glowing. He named the berry Hippophae - ancient Greek for "shining horse."
That name is still the plant's official scientific name today. 2,300 years later, we built a face oil around it.
Sea buckthorn is one of the most nutrient-dense ingredients you can put on your skin. It's rich in bioactive compounds, has 12 times the vitamin C of an orange, and it is one of the only plant sources of omega-7, a fatty acid known for supporting skin barrier repair and deep hydration.
The oil is a vivid, deep orange. It looks like nothing else because it is nothing else.
No synthetic fragrance. No alcohol. No phthalates. Just plants.
Lightweight and fast-absorbing. No greasy feel. One product that replaces your moisturizer and leaves a natural scent worth wearing.
Ten ingredients. All from the earth. Nothing else.
